Corrective action reports

Sometimes mistakes happen. The only way to get better is to acknowledge the issues and correct them.

To continuously improve the quality we work in close collaboration with our suppliers. This is both on a general level and for each individual product.

We initiate, implement, and follow up on corrective action reports as well as 8D reports in case of a defective product.

With a ISO 9001 certified QMS we document all steps of these procedures. That way we can guarantee a consistent and precise corrective process.
