Work instructions

Every day we manufacture box builds and mechanical assemblies of different complexities. To be able to manage these, it is vital to have a tight system.

To ensure that all steps of these assemblies are as effective as possible, we write out precise work instructions for the products.

These instructions allow everyone on the assembly line to know exactly how the processes, from assembly to quality control, are running.

This means that all operators and mechanical assemblers can follow the instructions. That way the workstations run smoothly.

The work instructions enhance the quality level of an assembly. By preventing mistakes throughout the manufacturing process, we get it right the first time.
