On a routine customer visit, the relationship manager from our team got talking to R&D about another subject.

The customer needed a tube for a new product. R&D was discussing with the design team about the material and the coating of the tube. They couldn’t agree on the matter.

In collaboration with our production experts and after receiving various samples from our suppliers they agreed on a final solution for the carbon tube.
