MANUFACTURING TO SPECIFICATION
From your drawing to your component
Precision manufacturing and scaleability
You have the drawings. We have the manufacturers.
Complex parts and tight tolerances are our forte, allowing you to get the most difficult parts manufactured.
Equipment and expertise is key
Advanced manufacturing and quality control equipment ensure that the parts meet the specifications.
This equipment is often expensive and requires expert users.
Therefore, only the most specialized manufacturers have the resources to invest in it and operate it.

CNC machining
Everything in CNC machining
Turning and milling in every material you can think of. From aluminum to POM. Amongst the machining options you will find:
- 3-axis CNC vertical milling
- 4-axis CNC vertical and horizontal
- 4-axis CNC horizontal turn-mill
- 5-axis CNC vertical and horizontal
- 5-axis CNC multi-tasking mill-turn
- 10-axis CNC sliding head auto-lathe up to ø26 x 400 mm
Sheet metal
From sheet metal to complex designs
Spinning, stamping, and laser cutting in high-mix low-volumes. Find a flexible and scalable setup for sheet metal processing. And combine it with other solutions for your product.
Extrusion
Customized extrusion with tight tolerances
Short production lead time and low tooling cost make extrusion suitable for medium volumes.
To be suited for extrusion:
- Material volume should be a minimum of 300-500kg.
- The part must have a consistent cross-section.
- You should need medium production volumes. Casting is normally a better choice at high volumes because of a lower unit price.
Send us your specifications and we will discuss if extrusion is the right solution.
Casting
Manufacturing complex geometries with casting
Die, gravity, sand, and lost wax casting. If your products have complicated shapes, casting might be the solution. The different types are suitable for different things though:
- Die casting – good for high volumes: Offers low unit prices but carries high tooling costs.
- Gravity casting – sensible for medium volumes: Also if you need heat treatment for robustness, you should use gravity casting.
- Sand casting –suitable for low volumes: Low production and tooling cost makes it useful for low volumes.
- Lost wax casting – near-net shapes: Reach high levels of consistency and near-net shapes. This means less need for post-processing.
Let us have a look at your drawings and we will talk about which casting method is best for you.
Metal injection molding
Great for small complex geometries
Metal injection molding (MIM) is often used for high-volume production of small complex parts. Setup and tooling costs for MIM are relatively high, but the unit price is low for bigger quantities. Therefore, we recommend using CNC machining if you need smaller volumes.
Send us your requirements and we can discuss if MIM is right for you.
