Quality assurance

Outstanding quality for outstanding customers

Getting it right the first time around

A common feature for all our customers is the demand for outstanding quality.

As market leaders, they know how to supply the best products and solutions within their industries and market niches. This requires components of high dimensional precision and cosmetic appearance.

Customized quality control

We ensure parts and products that are manufactured and controlled according to your specifications. To do this we plan the quality controls and the production according to your specifications and requirements.

An example is this collaboration of 10+ years with a design company.

ISO 9001

To maintain high-quality standards we have developed and implemented a well-structured quality management system.

This system is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard, ensuring that all processes are performing optimally with precision and consistency.

Sometimes mistakes happen. The only way to get better is to acknowledge the issues and correct them.

To continuously improve the quality we work in close collaboration with our suppliers. This is both on a general level and for each individual product.

We initiate, implement, and follow up on corrective action reports as well as 8D reports in case of a defective product.

Advanced quality control equipment and processes ensure that the parts meet the specifications. This element of manufacturing must be carefully adjusted to each component. The tools are often expensive and requires expert users. Therefore, only the most specialised manufacturers have the resources to invest in it and operate it.

Our methods and tools for ensuring you the needed quality include:

  • Verniers, micrometres, gauges and plugs
  • CMM and profile projector
  • Special test fixtures
  • Manual quality check of surfaces and cosmetic appearance

We expect all of our suppliers to adhere to the code of conduct and provide a safe and ethically responsible work environment.

On our regular supplier audits, we check the work environment, occupational health and safety standards and measures including protective personal equipment.

Find our supplier code of conduct here.

Our trained quality controllers check surfaces and cosmetic appearances for layer thickness, glossiness and colour specifications i.e. Delta E analysis when needed.

We implement guidelines to ensure that we meet your requirements. These guidelines can either be formulated by your quality department or we can support in developing them.

3rd party inspection teams are used to ensure the required product is up to the specified standard if needed.

In addition it is possible to have both the material and the products tested.

This can include:

  • Hardness
  • Tensile Strength
  • High pressure
  • Corrosion resistance

To ensure that all steps of these assemblies are as effective as possible, we write out precise work instructions for the products.

These instructions allow everyone on the assembly line to know exactly how the processes, from assembly to quality control, are running.

This means that all operators and mechanical assemblers can follow the instructions. That way the workstations run smoothly.

The work instructions enhance the quality level of an assembly. By preventing mistakes throughout the manufacturing process, we get it right the first time.

We can be helpful in testing quality as well as functionality.

We have many years of experience and are IPC-A-610 certified. This way you are ensured quality and reliability in your electronic assemblies.

See our IPC-A-610 certificate here.

All electronic components are RoHS compliant preventing the risks posed to human health and the environment.

You might need specific certificates for your product.

For this, we cooperate with the internationally accredited testing lab SGS.

We can provide:

  • Internationally recognised technical approvals
  • Material certification and documentation
  • Certificate of Conformance (COC)
